Background
Fragkiskos joined CAIDA in January of 2008. He received his MS and PhD degrees from the Electrical Engineering Department at the University of Southern California in December 2007. He is interested in studying fundamental scaling properties that exist in today's communication networks, analyzing and predicting the performance of these networks using mathematical tools from probability and queueing, as well as explaining their topological characteristics using tools from graph theory.
