Shuai received his Ph.D. from Department of Computer Science at the College of William and Mary in 2017. His general research interest lies in Networking and Security, with the focuses on Internet Measurement, Domain Name System, Content Delivery Networks, DDoS Attack and Defense, and Web Security and Privacy.
