Background
Mingwei is originally from Beijing, China. He graduated from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and joined the Ph.D. program in computer science at the University of Oregon in 2012. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate. In 2018, he joined CAIDA as Internet data scientist, and lives happily ever after. Mingwei's research interests are Internet routing and its security, Internet measurement, data analysis, and data visualization.
