Background
Prior to joining SDSC in January 1997, Tracie led a team supporting the Federal Networking Council (FNC) -- a forum for networking collaborations among approximately 20 Federal agencies. Tracie was responsible for the Indonesia operations of Business International (Economist Group) in the late 1980s, and had served as a consultant on matters of telecommunications, trade/investment in Southeast Asia, quality assurance, and research/management/technology transfer in the energy and environmental sectors. Tracie received her Bachelor's from the University of Texas, Austin in 1980 and her Master's in Science and Technology Policy in 1983 from George Washington University.
