-all functional scans are 400-volumes long 

      TR=2.5 seconds

      TE=30 msec

      Flip Angle =90

      Filed of view = 256

      Image dim= 36 x 36 x 64 (x,y,z)

      Voxel dim= 3.475 x 3.475 x 3 mm (x,y,z)





-functional task for subjects 1,2,3,4,5,6 and 7

      contains 20 cycles where one cycle = 10 volume off/10 volume 

	on finger tapping



      #1: motor finger tapping qued by a small visual stimulus

      #2: motor finger tapping qued by an auditory stimulus

      #3: motor finger tapping qued large visual stimulus



Exception:subject 1 have additional session: dataset 14 is a 

	baseline recording while subject is quiet with closed eyes. 




-functional task for subject 8:



Dataset  81: music listening, 20 cycles where once cycle= 20 volume 

	off/20 volume on

Dataser  82: word recalling, 40 cycles where once cycle= 10 volume 

	off/10 volume on

Dataset  83: word generation, 40 cycles where once cycle= 10 volume 

	off/10 volume on

	Preprocessiong and FSL analysis:

-the output of FSL (feat) analysis is in each 



	set#.feat folder



Preprocessed (by FEAT, motion corrected, filtered, spatial smoothing)  

images file are under the name of

	set#filtered_func_data.img  



report.html contains the output of FSL and report.log 

in each folder have the specific parameters used.

high pass filter = 50 seconds.
