Evaluation strategy
	1. Collect outputs of the various tools l as many src-dest pairs as possible l testing period as long as possible 2. Parse the outputs to produce only numbers in a way that allows for statistical analysis of many runs 3. Compare the estimated network properties with real network topology (where known)
